They did great... The technician for a bad relay and replaced it, all was completed very quickly and professionally. The bad new is that it never started cooling. More was wrong and the technician told us it was not worth repairing. The freezer was almost 20 years old so I agreed. They refunded everything except the service call fee. I was not expecting a refund so that was very good news. The whole experience was very professional and the customer service was great. If the need arises, I will be calling on their services again.

The Appliance Squad quickly diagnosed the problem quickly and I paid them for the diagnosis. However, they were unable to locate the required part in a timely manner. I had not heard from them in a week so I called them. They did not know when they would receive the part. They suggested buying the part on eBay. This would have been acceptable a week earlier but my tenant had been inconvenienced long enough. I bought a new washer instead. I suggest they communicate with their customers better.

These guys were great!! Nelson , the technician was super kind, patient and very nice! He arrived on time and completed the repair quickly. He was courteous and cleaned up after everything was done! I highly recommend these guys for repair service. I received up to date text messages and emails reminding of the scheduled appointment time and when Nelson would arrive at my home. The repair price was fair and reasonable ($212.84) for the work done.

Excellent experience all around! I was able to get a last minute, same day appointment 2 days before Christmas! I can't tell you how much that alone means; a LOT! I received texts letting me know when he would be arriving and updates when he was on his way. Reysan was great; he thoroughly listened to my rough explanation of the washer malfunction; and within 30 minutes was able to find the problem and not much longer to fix it, clean up the area and put the washer back in place. I think he was in and out of here in an hour or so. He was very nice, polite and informative. Repair cost was very affordable. Because it was a last minute appointment I was able to squeeze into, it was pretty late in the evening; I gave him some cookies on his way out to thank him for his work and because it was running into dinner time. Overall excellent experience! Would definitely hire again! Thank you Reysan!

Reysan was very professional. He arrived on time, removed the old motor and replaced it with a new motor. He was very nice so I assisted with the removal of the water that had collected in the washer so that the machine could be tilted back for removal of the part. The cost of labor and motor were very affordable. I have used the washer several times and everything is functioning.

Called in morning and technician arrived promptly in afternoon. Did an very professional and efficient job for a difficult line replacement which included moving a stubborn old built-in refrigerator and crawling under the house. I think the charged price was very fair for the work done.

They initially came when I was not there, my wife was. They left an estimate and left. I told them to come back and replace ice maker. The gentleman that they sent did not know what was wrong with ice maker, just that it had to be replaced. On a new ice maker they only gave me a 3 month warantee. I was expecting at least a year.

Called today at 3:15PM and spoke with a very kind and sweet lady. She asked if tomorrow would be good, but I told her we would be out of town. I realized it was very short notice and asked her if any possibility of service today. She said they were pretty busy but she would call the tech and see where he was, then call me back. Within a few minutes she called me back and said, Nelson had two more jobs in the town next to mine and would then come to our house. Then all the job info she gathered came to my phone by a text app that showed a picture of the tech who was coming out between 4-7PM, and it had my address location on a map. About 4:45 I got a text that Nelson was in route. About 5:00 PM Nelson arrived with a smile, very nice and professional. He immediately understood the problem, was knowledgeable and got out his tools and fixed the door. After fixing it he tested it and made sure the dishwasher worked properly. We then had very pleasant conversations and he was very kind to our dog which took to liking Nelson right away. Price was very reasonable and the response was incredibly fast and the work was done precisely and professionally. Nelson will be our go to appliance repair professional going forward.

scheduled to come 17 April , but had some time so called and came 13 Apr. Part was ordered for 17 Apr return. Upon return and repair, it was determined the part was not needed so problem solved with no charge for part. That's honesty. The Appliance Squad is also professional and friendly, will definitely use again.

Nelson came to my home on time,diagnosed the problem quoted me a fair price and fixed the problem in less than one hour. He also cleaned the coils and took care of some other routine and much needed maintenance without an extra charge. Cleaned up his workplace prior to leaving and even gave me a discount because of Angie’s list. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to my neighbors

I gave this people a deposit, my phone calls were never answer. I had to call another Appliance Repair shop. My calls were ignored, I am so unhappy with the non refundable deposit made. I will never call them again. Laura
