"I hired David in Mid September 2024. It was disastrous to say the least. The project involved demolition and Rebuild A sunroom of 225 ft.² and also adding an addition right above this room. His employees chris and Fred are As incompetent as he is. At one point He was working with an electrician I introduced him to. This Electrician told me none of his clients are happy with him. He would juggle Multiple projects at the same time and had no clue what’s going on. If you have a simple Handyman type of project, he is OK. But anything involving structural integrity, he had no clue. I have all the evidence, including pictures, communications to share with you if you want to find out more. I built up trust in him and accepted to hire him without making further investigation. I noticed he was patient tracing each zone conduits patiently. Had unearthed each faulty pipe or broken head. Proceeded to replace them. He went further to reroute pipes of some zones for better irrigation position. All work done gently and professionally. Little by little, my Sprinkler's system started performing. At the top of performed repair, he went further to repair other broken pipes of my HVAC. This gentleman met my expectations. He didn't leave before making me feel satisfied. His charge was reasonable. He deserved every dollar he earned from my job. I will hire him again and I will recommend him highly."
