They collect all the lights when the holidays are over, and store them until the next year; they remember the layout exactly, no reinventing the wheel year after year. Brian and team did a h*** of a job. It's a full white glove service from drawings to installation, including a few days of free demonstration with the actual lights before purchasing so you can know what you are getting. Brian was extremely responsive and dedicated to the details- he came back after installing just to make sure alignment and brightness were good, even making an adjustment to one light that I wanted to change. Overall great product and great customer experience. I will be hiring him again for additional lighting on my property in the future.
