"They started working right away, covering all the spaces and AC unit that could get dirty. If you are concerned with dust, do not stressed too much about it because they have machines that do not generate too much dust and always vacuum the areas once they are done. They are very clean and organized in the job site, and if you want them to clean a specific area, they will do it without hesitating. They started sanding the bedrooms and then moved to the kitchen and living room. It's a work of 5 days, 7 if you want to stain the floors. We did a natural refinish in part of the house but my wife decided to change the color in the bedrooms to an Ebony tone; this was something that was not stipulated in the contract but they no had no problem on adding it later, and that's why I am telling you, Martinez Wood Floors truly work to satisfy their customers. Also, I wanted to stand out that we did not have any issues communicating with the owner, he was very accessible all the time and called back if he was busy at the time we tried to reach him. We are very pleased with the quality of our floors, they look like new. Restoring wood floors from 1933 is not an easy job, but these guys made it seem like a breeze. My respect to the owner and team of this company because they are the best in town right now. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to neighbors, family, and friends. You guys are good! Thank you for refinishing my floors!"

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
