"Hired them for a kitchen remodel. Was suppose to take 3 weeks; it took much longer and then it still isn't done. Measurements for the inital design (that they were actively working to) were wrong and we had to point that out. Work was inconsistent. Had to ask if anyone was showing up on a daily basis and often the answer was no or late in the day. Work performed usually had to be redone. No review was done to ensure any type of quality. Had to be on site continually to avoid the continual errors. Asked for milestone payments even when milestones not met."
