D&D Aluminum is a great company. Carey Tarplay came to our  home to give an estimate. He suggested we visit his showroom, which we did. We were able to see all of the options to choose from, styles, colors, etc.  We wanted to replace our old sliding glass doors with French doors and Carey explained everything that needed to be done and helped us choose the proper layout for the side glass and French doors.  My husband and I had checked out a couple of competitors showrooms and I had fallen in love with a front door at one of them. D&D Aluminum didn't carry this line, but Carey said not to worry, he would be able to special order this door for us. This was above and beyond the service I expected.

The doors and windows were installed on time and perfect.  The Cooper City building inspector said it was a great job.

We are so happy with the workmanship that we now are using D&D Aluminum to add a screened in patio to the back of our house.

"The remodel went over very well. He did exactly what I asked for. My bathroom is small but it’s pretty. I am interested in aging in place so he put in a grab bar when he retiled my shower. He also made the floor where I could roll in if necessary. No step up. He widened my door in case I ever needed a wheelchair. My vanity top and spigot were totally replaced. He put marble on the floor throughout and up the walls partway. New towel rods were installed. He also built a seat for me in the shower. I am very pleased. "It went relatively well. Eric, the owner/manager, was very responsive and customer-service oriented. Eric and his team also spent time during the quote process to advise on different aspects that were not brought up in other quotes, which helped with the final deliverable meeting expectations (i.e. eliminating residual soffits from previous exterior pocket doors and smoothing exterior wall surface around new doors). I believe we were one of his earlier clients to do an impact glass window project this large. The initial installation of the windows, removal of shudder material went relatively quickly; however, the installers completed quite a bit of work, that was not up to our or Eric's quality standards, resulting in re-do, reworking time. Successive attempts resulted in a switch-out out of the team and a different crew. As a customer I appreciated the dedication to quality work, but would have appreciated it being completed more quickly. FL Project Masters (FLPM) has a few key guys that are really good (e.g. Mike Sipes, in particular) that did exceptional inspection, follow-up, and quality finishing work. In short, although there were a couple of hiccups in the project due to the initial team, FLPM Eric kept his word, followed through, communicated, and made sure the project was delivered and very close to budgeted cost. I would feel comfortable recommending FLPM for other jobs."

"We got with Anthony at High Winds Shutters.  He was a very very nice gentleman and did a wonderful job for us.  He got out to our home the very same afternoon we discovered our shutters were stolen before the police arrived, even considering that this was his busiest time of year.  He brought out samples and we chose the shutters we liked best.  The new owners did not actually want them installed, but he put them on the entire house and did a final check to make sure everything was squared away with regard to the fit and having the correct fasteners for when the time came to need them.  **Note: we have 45 windows.  He took them down per the wishes of the new owners and stacked them neatly in garage.  His prices were very reasonable and he did not try to up-sell us.  We closed on the house on schedule and we greatly appreciated his help."
