He called me back the same day and apologized for not being able to accommodate my next day request. "Alain arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, gave us a price lower than I expected even with the discount coupon and got to it without wasting time. He completed the job quickly and professionally. Alain was very polite and very personable. He took time to explain the importance of getting the gutters cleaned in a reasonable time frame so they didn't get as bad as they were this time and in doing so how we might prevent even worse problems from cropping up.
