"Element repair did our carport in North Port Fl. I got 8 quotes. ( we were hit by hurricane Ian 9/2023). Element Repair was by far the best!! He was very professional and keep us up to date on a weekly basis. ( getting the materials, permits etc). I am going to use his service for future repairs. "Although I was not able to hire this company because they were booked well into the next month and I needed the service done immediately, I was so impressed by Brendon's excellent customer service I will definitely hire him for my next job without question. He called me back the same day and apologized for not being able to accommodate my next day request. He then left a detailed message answering every question and concern I had left in my voicemail to him.
