"We were building a home and Kayco installed the roof. Looked good at first till first light when we were shocked from the wrinkles all over. Kayco was immediately notified within two days after install, since install was a Saturday. He proceeded to argue it wasn't his fault. I told him his supervisor was well aware of our concerns and chose to proceed. He did not care! I asked about warranty. Still no resolution. We entered rainy season and various other problems arose. Much too lengthy to get into here. We hired a professional inspector to which we found many more issues. The Kayco company also refused to pay their supplier and they placed a lien on our property, which they had every right, so we paid that. It was a lot of stress to endure from, in my opinion, a company that had no regard to owning up to its responsibilities. We will have no choice but to have the court systems resolve the matter. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! Beware!!!!!"

Collis Roofing was one of the last companies we met with, but we are sure glad we did. From the start, Wally was the consummate professional. He assisted us with everything from the initial assessment to helping us select an appropriate color for the shingles. He patiently walked us through the entire process. Next up was our Project Manager, Chris B, and his install team. They arrived onsite early on the day of installation, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward like they weren't ever there. Chris provided constant updates on the progress throughout the entire installation and took plenty of pictures for insurance purposes. After the project was complete, the torch was passed to Ashley with the account receivable department. She was able to walk me through the final invoicing and was very helpful with all payment related questions. After all payments were received, I worked with Stephanie who promptly handled the post-project deliverables, with excellent communication. To sum it up, Collis exceeded expectations every step of the way. Roof replacements are a complex process, and we were relieved to have selected the perfect company for the job. Travis, Randall, and the rest of the crew are clearly good at their trade, and showed great care stabilizing the foundation without creating more problems. They also even began the job a day earlier than the salesman had hinted might be the start date, in this crazy time of supply and labor shortages. Exceeded my expectations!
