Him and his crew are true masters at their skill - we’ve had him hang high end custom murals, grass cloth, extremely intricate designs that required precise and very difficult matching, strange shaped rooms, small rooms and gigantic rooms, repair work to existing wallpaper, and rooms that needed a ton of wall prep work before they could be wallpapered. Gerard and his team have completed each with stunning precision and care, and in very timely turnarounds. Crew is extremely kind, friendly and tidy. "Joe was very good at saying what we wanted to hear in the beginning, but his work proved to be mediocre at best in the end. While he professed to be in it from "nuts to bolts" (sic) (soup to nuts?), he began pushing us...,hard, for payment before the job was complete. While the bathroom looks nice at first glance, closer inspection shows it to be sloppy and amateurish. The tiles are uneven, the paint is splattered, the bathtub (pre-existing) is scratched and was covered in paint splotches. We were the extremely disappointed in the sink cabinet. It was supposed to be free-standing, but ended up being attached at both ends because he miscalculated the measurements. The commode door does not work smoothly and all of the paint has been scratched off because of the same mis-measurement. Worst of all is the Terrazzo flooring, which is uneven and is therefore chipping at the corners. I do not know how this man managed to get an A rating, but I would definitely not use his services again."
