David at Apex contacted me immediately and was available next day. They did excellent work cleaning lichens off my aluminum shutters, which took a lot since I had never had them cleaned. They also power washed the house and driveway. They were very pleasant, fast , efficient, and thorough.

Great quality work, a very dedicated and meticulous professional who obviously takes pride in a job well done. I hired them for a full cleaning job on my house, including gutters, screened enclosure, patio, driveway, and house exterior. I am thrilled with the results. Dave (owner) is courteous and responsive, he made it a point to call and update me when he was running late from a prior job in the morning. He also went beyond the scope of work to fix minor issues with the gutters. What struck me most is how meticulous he was in the prep (covering outlets and fixtures, washing plants pre and post-cleaning to avoid damage from the cleaning solution, etc.) to protect the property, and the obvious pride he took in doing the work well. That showed in the results, my patio and screen enclosure in particular as well as the house exterior look like new again. He also took before and after pictures, so I could verify places I could not see from the ground. I will definitely engage them in the future, as well as recommend them to others.

They were prompt and maintained good communication. I will hire David in the future for other work as we are elderly and need help from someone we can trust. He had never performed putting down a sealant on an existing roof so he told me he looked at a number of videos on UTUBE. Evidently this was a smart way to go as his workmanship was excellent.

David was prompt and courteous for both quoting/scheduling the job and arriving to complete it. He exceeded our expectations and did even more than we agreed upon, I could tell it was because he truly cared about the outcome looking as best as it could be. He cleaned our pool screen and deck, which was a big job because we live in the woods under a ton of trees. It looks incredible! Highly recommend!
