"After setting up an appointment a week ago, the salesman called us an hour and a half before our appointment to say he would be early. We were not home and didn't received the message until 45 minutes before he was to arrive. I called the salesman back and he said he was not in the area any more and would have to reschedule. I confirmed that our appointment still wasn't for 45 minutes and he said he couldn't (wouldn't) come back. After I told him I would have to call if I wanted to reschedule, he hung up on me. Very poor customer service. Glad I found out before I paid anything."
