Services offered: Residential Renovations Interior and exterior. Who We Are: We Are a small family business with a big famly heart! I have 4 children and an amazing wife that I live for! I started this business when my wife was pregnant with our first. She is now coming up on 5 years old. We recently relocated to Okaloosa county Florida. We are here to stay. I have been in the residential construction line of work for 12 years. I love what I do! Making someones home change for the better, and working with the client through out the process is my kind of challange. I love showing the final product and seeing the look on the clients face when we finish! At the end of each job I can say to myself ( we upgraded not just their home, but their lives.) History: I have been In this line of work for 12 years now. I have stuck with it because I like it. the first job I had in the trade, I knew that I better pay attention to all of my mentors. I knew from day one that I wanted to do this for myself one day! I started out doing side jobs while still employed. Eventually I saved enough to invest into the things I needed for start up. I pulled the trigger and never looked back!

"Completely renovated my bathroom as well as my kitchen. Did an amazing job. Marcus was very communicative and professional. I'm in love with my renovations and will definitely hire again."

Any kind of trim or carpentry work we can handle. Really can handle all kinds of projects. 2nd generation contractor. 31 yrs experience and a 2nd generation contractor. My father was a custom Home Builder for over 40 years. Started sweeping out houses when I was 13. Through all the years of working for my Dad I developed an eye for detail and a do whatever it takes to get the job done attitude. I currently work for Five Below setting up stores for them. We are now also trying to focus on finding more local jobs so we don't have to travel as much. We have set up over 400 Five Below stores all over the country. We have taken care of Five Below for 10 yrs and that is why they continue to hire us today. We know how to finish a job which is the hardest part of any construction job. Give us an opportunity to handle your next project as see our work first hand.

"Very professional and knowledgeable. Friendly and showed up when he said he would be there. I would definitely hire him again."

At Aspire Homes we offer top notch Remodeling and Handymen work This includes but is not limited to: drywall, painting, floor repair, mounting objects on walls, calking, moving heavy objects, yard work, landscaping etc. At Aspire we encourage all of our handymen to complete each job with dedication, persistence and an eye for detail. We ensure that each homeowner gets high quality workmanship and that the homeowner is completely satisfied by the time we leave the home.

"I had an overall estimate prepared by Jonathan in early July, which was better than the other contractor that had come out. Tristan from Aspire then came out and removed the bad brick molding, installed the flat type of molding that was wanted along with the ledge over the doorway to ensure no rain would be able to get into the top of the storm door when it rains, which was good too. Tristan had to deal with heavy downpours of rain while trying to install the molding. For what he had to deal with, he did good. Tristan remeasured the back door for Jonathan so the proper size of storm door I wanted could be ordered. After aproximately a month and a half I reached out to Jonathan by text to get an estimated time for the door to be installed, but never received a response. Approximately two weeks later I was contacted by Aspire and informed Jonathan had been let go and someone else from Aspire would continue the job. I was then contacted by another worker, Peter, who was very informative even though he had been given very few notes on what still had to be done. Peter came out September 15th and he was able to get information about the storm door being at the Home Depot in Pensacola even though I live in the Fort Walton Beach area. After Peter picked up the door and brought it to the house, he measured my back door and the storm door he picked up to find out the storm for was too big for my doorway (36" door was ordered, my doorway was measured at 29"). Peter returned the storm door to the local Home Depot and had to special order another storm door. Peter kept me informed about what was going on and he would come back out to install the door once it was in at Home Depot and anticipated to install the storm door on October 2nd. I advised Peter I had to be at work by a certain time and he advised he could install it without me being at the house. On October 2nd another worker named Joel, who came out to the house, but I had overslept and did not hear the doorbell. I was contacted by Aspire to reschedule since Joel could not make contact with me. I informed them that I was under the impression Peter would be coming out. They advised Peter was not available and Joel would be the one coming out again on October 5th. When Joel did come out he was only provided minimal notes about replacing molding for a storm door to be installed. He did not know a storm door had been ordered and was to be picked up at the local Home Depot. Once Joel got in contact with Aspire, he went and picked up the storm door and began to install it. I had to leave for work prior to Joel finishing the job, but he provided me a text message later on stating he installed the door and where the keys for the storm for were left. After returning home that night I recovered the keys for the door and looked at storm door. I noticed the frame of the storm door on the latch side was not snug up against the top of the door frame for the storm door and the latch does not catch the plate to stay closed and the storm door has to have the deadbolt extended to keep the storm door from being opened if pulled on without having to turn the handle. This is why I only provided three stars since there was a gap in the process, multiple workers and minimal information that was provided to the workers to keep them informed of the current process of the job being conducted."

"I would give a 0 if I could. Is it a thief if you give them money and they don't do the service then don't give the money back? If so, then David is a thief! It's been going on almost a year of trying to get my money back but David either doesn't understand English or he's purposefully manipulating the system and therefore, me, by playing games, not showing up for court, and not meeting deadlines, and most importantly NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BASED ON THE JUDGEMENT BY THE COURTS issued last March!!! This is the case #, check it out for yourself: 22000428SCMXAX"

Basement Remodel questions, answered by experts

You should plan on waiting at least a year and ideally two to three years after construction before finishing your basement. This will give the foundation time to settle in response to the weight of your home and the expansion of the surrounding soil. You can then repair your foundation and seal any cracks as needed before finishing it to reduce your risk of future leaks or other issues.

Anything having to do with the structure of your home, such as raising the ceiling, is usually the most expensive part of finishing a basement. Another project component that could be a surprisingly high expense is adding an exterior entrance.

The cost of a walkout basement can be anywhere from $5,000 to $35,000.

In many homes, an unfinished basement is an ideal place for an in-ground pool. The concrete floors, protection against water damage, and access to the ground below your home make this a large contender. Speak with a local basement remodeling contractor to ensure your space is right for the large construction.

Permits may be required for major repairs, structural work, or electrical and plumbing restoration after a flood. Check with your local building department to determine permit requirements and associated fees for your flooded basement cleanup project. Obtaining the correct permits helps ensure work is done safely and up to code.

Walkout basements are not generally included in a home’s square footage, although they may be if they meet certain conditions that depend on local regulations. A finished walkout basement used as a living space may be counted toward square footage in some locations as long as all codes for livable space are met.
