It was delivered in time to complete the installation. The system is very quiet compared to the old one. It cools the house well. The next day, Donny was contacted regarding some minor concerns. I called Ed Helms and was told it could be the hard start relay I have on my unit may need to be replaced with a new one. Cost me $94 for the service call. I then ordered via Amazon an $18 hard start kit and installed it myself. My a/c had been running perfect for weeks."
