"STAY AWAY!!!! WORST CLEANING COMPANY IN PCB!! If I could give 0 stars I would! This cleaning company lies about what is stated in their contract and is just out for your money. you need to pay $250 per unit for the year for new sheets and towels plus give them 2 sets of sheets and towels for each bed. The $250 is for replacement towels and sheets which they don’t do even if there is a stain). We only had this company for 3 months and had tons of people complain that the sheets had stains on them and that the unit was dirty! They say the guest has 24 hours to let them know if the unit is not clean and they will come back to clean what needs to be done. They will NOT honor this even if you give them photos that the guest send. First guest complained didn’t have a photo and said they couldn’t do anything and then the next guest complained and had a photo and Justin said “pictures don’t always portray everything.” They will give you a hard time with everything! never had this with any other cleaning company!! We switched cleaning companies and had the next cleaner pick up our sheets and towels. They gave us twin sheets instead of queen and only 20 towels instead of 32. I asked them if we could have our correct sheets and towels and they said they said they gave us everything and that’s it. I asked them again and told them we will give you the twin sheets back to prove that they gave us the wrong sheets and now they won’t respond or give us any of our stuff back. STAY AWAY from this company! I should have listened to all the other bad reviews but I gave them benefit of the doubt and now we are refunding guests money. there good reviews must be fake accounts."

Your carpet’s drying time depends on the cleaning method used. You can expect it to take 6 to 10 hours for your carpet to completely dry. However, it could take up to a full day if you use a steam-cleaning method or if your home has a high humidity level.

An Oriental rug should last between 50 and 100 years, on average, but yours could last much longer than a century if you care for it properly. There are many factors that affect the lifespan of an Oriental rug, though. Increased foot traffic, exposure to moisture, exposure to UV light and sunlight, and aggressive cleaning can all limit how long your rug will last.

Professional carpet cleaners may use steamers or a dry cleaning method for your Berber carpet. A cleaning company will use a commercial-grade steamer, which is more powerful and takes a fraction of the time to use as the steamer you may have at home. The steam draws out all the dirt and stains to help your carpet look new again.

Alternatively, the cleaners may use a dry cleaning method. This is when chemicals are applied to the carpet to help draw out the dirt and stains. Afterward, they use a high-powered vacuum to suck up all the debris.

If there is only a small amount of gum, it’s entirely possible to remove it on your own. What you’re unable to pick or scrape off, try to scrub out with warm soapy water. You can try freezing the garment and removing the hardened gum. Some swear by rubbing peanut butter on the gum before washing. No matter which method you choose, do not put your clothing in the dryer until the gum is 100 percent removed.

  • Pour a generous layer of dry baking soda over the old stain.

  • In a spray bottle, combine distilled white vinegar with 1 cup of warm water. Add a few drops of liquid dish soap.

  • Spray the baking soda area thoroughly with the vinegar solution.

  • Let the vinegar and baking soda sit for a few hours.

  • Wipe or vacuum up the baking soda once it dries, then blot the area with a clean, dry towel.

  • Repeat as needed to lift the stain.
