STAY AWAY!!!! WORST CLEANING COMPANY IN PCB!! If I could give 0 stars I would! This cleaning company lies about what is stated in their contract and is just out for your money. you need to pay $250 per unit for the year for new sheets and towels plus give them 2 sets of sheets and towels for each bed. The $250 is for replacement towels and sheets which they don’t do even if there is a stain). We only had this company for 3 months and had tons of people complain that the sheets had stains on them and that the unit was dirty! They say the guest has 24 hours to let them know if the unit is not clean and they will come back to clean what needs to be done. They will NOT honor this even if you give them photos that the guest send. First guest complained didn’t have a photo and said they couldn’t do anything and then the next guest complained and had a photo and Justin said “pictures don’t always portray everything.” They will give you a hard time with everything! never had this with any other cleaning company!! We switched cleaning companies and had the next cleaner pick up our sheets and towels. They gave us twin sheets instead of queen and only 20 towels instead of 32. I asked them if we could have our correct sheets and towels and they said they said they gave us everything and that’s it. I asked them again and told them we will give you the twin sheets back to prove that they gave us the wrong sheets and now they won’t respond or give us any of our stuff back. STAY AWAY from this company! I should have listened to all the other bad reviews but I gave them benefit of the doubt and now we are refunding guests money. there good reviews must be fake accounts.

We had several complaints on multiple condos we own about the housekeeping. Our condos were dirty, stained and torn linen provided from their linen pool that we paid a lot of money for. Several items were missing from our condos including a new vacuum. Communication with this company is poor and unprofessional.

Guests complimented the cleanliness of the condo.  Positive experience for 4 months.  
They have mandatory linen service and mandatory deep cleans.  Our first deep clean was 12/16/13.  Our next guest checked in 2 weeks later and had a few complaints with the cleanliness of the condo.  They promptly delivered a missing mattress pad but said all the other issues were lies from our guests.  When I was torn with who to believe, they suggested I find a new housekeeping service.  When they were good they were great but when a complaint was made things weren't great anymore.
Bottom line, I think they provide great service to property management companies and individuals with several properties.  I called several referrals (that they provided) and got good feedback.  However, all referrals fell into one of these 2 categories.  Obviously they are busy enough that they don't want to deal with issues from a single property owner, The decision of what type of service to provide to a "small customer" is perfectly within their rights to make since they are in business to turn a profit. I would recommend them to anyone with enough properties to provide incentive for continual good service.  I would tell anyone with one vacation property to keep looking until you find an individual who is committed to your cleans and your guests.
They were willing to return my linens since we had not been a long term customer.  I appreciated that since replacing my linens would have been a huge added expense.
