Things I did not love - there was a bit of confusion between the price I was told on the phone and the price the plumber billed. When I shared that, he immediately apologized and changed it - but since he never gave me an estimate and the one I had came from a phone call, I didn't care for that moment. As far as "rating the work quality" - it seems fine. I called because I don't know much about plumbing. "The tech was great! He respected my home by taking of his shoes at the door which was 3 stars out the gate. He explained what he was going to do to fix the issue which was redirecting my gasline so the my new stove would go al the way to the wall. He patched the área that was cut wasn't perfect or pretty but it's behind the stove. I can sand and repaint it another day, I just wanted my issue resolved more than anything and he cleaned any mess that he made. The cost was more reasonable than the estimate I'd gotten from a plumber. I was satisfied and would recommend. I can't upload the pic, it won't let me, sorry."

"It was great! Even the pipes under my house were clogged and they cleaned them. I was amazed at the debris that was in those pipes but I watched the entire procedure myself. Some of the gunk had been there since the previous owners. Now I no longer have to watch when a toilet is flushed because all of my pipes have been unclogged and are running much faster.
