ND Sparkle Cleaning ServicesThey were professional and friendly. They did a great job covering the specific areas I requested focus on. The only downside was that I was quoted a price. When they arrived I confirmed that same price was correct with the service considering the quote was site unseen except they said it was an extra $20 for the first time. I was not prepared for that and feel this non disclosure gave them an edge over the other estimates I received. But overall excellent service and I would hire them again, unless they hit me with a $20 extra fee again when they arrive.- Anita A.

Feres Cleaning Services LLCManny and his team arrived at my mother's home on Saturday for the first time. My mother is 86 and and can no longer clean her own home, she is also very particular and knows exactly how she wants her home cleaned. Manny patiently reviewed the cleaning list with her and then instructed his team accordingly. My mother was delighted. My mother and I contacted Mr. Chilet on Thursday to have our home cleaned by Friday. And lucky for us, he and his staff were at our door ready to work on Friday morning. Florida Deep Cleaning Inc.Larry, Rose and the crew at Florida Deeping Cleaning were awesome. They were very professional. They took their time and deep cleaned our home from top to bottom including cleaning baseboards and blinds. We had new flooring put in and dust was everywhere but when they finished, the house was freed from dust and very clean. They were polite and caring. The customer services was great too. We called several companies and many tried to talk us into bi weekly cleanings, this company did not. They said to call when we need for them to come again and their prices was lower. This business was provided by Angie's List. I contacted them and provided details of the house- size in square feet (that was also entered in the Angie's List search for a provider), number of bedrooms, bathrooms, type of flooring, details of tasks to be done and items that did not need to be done, and frequency of cleaning (also part of the Angie's List search process).. The company asked what I was paying and I told them. They quoted a price and we made an appointment for cleaning. They came and did the cleaning, but when it came time to pay them, they wanted twice the original agreement and "compromised" on 1.5 times the original price. They said the price was based on square footage and that was why it was higher, but that had been provided in the first discussion before they set the price. I deem it either incompetence or bait-and-switch.

First let me say what I was happy with. My wood furniture looked wonderful after applying the wood oil. The shower walls in both bathrooms looked nice. The master bedroom and bathroom looked great. Things were not returned to where they were found. Things on bathroom vanity, chair in bathroom and chair in living room. Under chair in living room still dusty with pet hair. Dusting was not done on table behind chair in living room. Kitchen table was not wiped. Windowsill in front bedroom still had numerous bugs on it. One sill was done but not the other. I have had two cleaners here before and it took 1 1/2 hours or 2 1/2 hours with one person. It took them 3 hours with 2 people. No extra things were asked than what any other cleaners have been asked to do. Also, thank you for doing the windows, they look good. When one person was here, she also cleaned the sliding windows but they didn't shine as much as they did with Green Clean doing them. Thanks again. So it ended up costing twice as much as any other people that have been here to clean.
