Elena's housecleaning services are the BEST. Two working adults who never have enough time to clean, we have had housecleaning services for 30 years. Elena's has proven to be the most thorough and the most thoroughly consistent for well over the last year. Elena's adjusts to our changing schedule and requests. The personnel are friendly and conscientious. Elena will be one of the crew or she will stop in to see that all that is needed is completed. My husband and I both are in awe of the restoration their cleaning does for our house once a month.

Elena’s Cleaning Service has consistently been fantastic! I have been receiving cleaning services once every two weeks for a couple of months now, and the service has been excellent. The rooms are all cleaned, dishes are even cleaned, and much of the minor clutter set in order. For a bachelor like me, having this kind of housecleaning service is clutch, timely, and well worth the cost. Sometimes it’s a little disorienting having my clutter organized and set in order, but it’s a small price to pay to have the whole house cleaned! I would say that the only downside is occasionally the house is a little TOO clean. While that might be considered a strange thing to note, it definitely make me keenly aware of how messy -I- happen to be! Haha!

Beyond expectations! Very professional crew, who cleaned everything, including but not limited to, floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, doors, baseboards, and much more!!! They do business in a professional manner and great positive energy. This was a great experience for me and my husband! The condo is super clean, with a natural-great-fantastic odor! I fully recommend them!

I have had Elana's crew twice, the first time was to clean all the walls of drywall dust after construction and the second was for a full deep move-in clean. They were on-time, worked diligently and the results were impressive. I will be using them on-going.

I was very impressed by Carlos and Elena, they were prompt, communicative and timely. Our house smelled and looked better than it had in years (we got the deep clean) and I'm still amazed how quickly they worked. There was a group of four women and Carlos and every room was clean in 4 hours, not even a hint of cat hair and we have three cats. The windows were so clean I had to do a double take to make sure the glass was still there. The group missed a few spots on the walls but Carlos did a walk through with us and took care of anything we pointed out before leaving. He and Elena even came back a few days later to get the rust spots off the front of our fridge. We've scheduled them to come out again to keep our house as clean as possible while it's on the market. Highly recommend!

Amazing. Elena's did a fantastic job cleaning up a huge mess that a contractor made. The removal of tile created a thin coat of dust on everything in several rooms. Elena's came and deep cleaned so well that you can't tell it ever happened. In fact, our place shined after they were done. We were super impressed. We are so happy with the job they did, we're going to have them back to deep clean the remainder of our house when the contractor is completely done.

I was extremely happy with the job they did. Carlos and Elena work as hard as their staff. My house was gleaming when they left. The ladies that do the cleaning have been well trained and are very respectful. As a matter of fact, I liked them so much I am having them clean every two weeks. Price for the deep clean of the whole house was very fair. You won't be disappointed with this service.

Terrible service ! Screwed up once but thought we would try again.Responded to phone call after nearly one week to give us a date and time he could be here. We texted him back that the time and date were not good. Without responding he sent a crew to us. We refused them based on a previous text left to him. He claimed 'never got the text " while my wife still retains it in her phone. Slipshod, lazy and unresponsive. Watch him and his crews CAREFULLY to insure no damage is done as in our case.

Elena and her team did a wonderful job. They didn't miss anything! Everything is super clean--even my venetian blinds! I now plan on having them come regularly. I am impressed and very happy with the this service. Just a note: Last year they cleaned for my daughter-in-law when she wasn't able to, and she was also very pleased with their work.

I used Elena’s today and expected to be charged $130 as iwith previous cleanings but instead they charged $240 and I was not advised of that amount when I set up the Appointment. This is dishonest and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone because they can’t be trusted.

"During the last 2 years that we have provided our service, you always determined the number of hours and the places of the house that you wanted to be cleaned. Sometimes you asked for 3 hours and sometimes 4 hours. On this last visit you asked us to do the whole house. To clean a house with more than 3500 square feet it takes more than 4 hours. If you wanted us to clean the entire house for $ 130 it was obvious that this could not happen. To say that we have been dishonest is something that, in addition to NOT BEING TRUE, is totally unfair. We always made it clear to you what our rate was and we regret that your intention was to take advantage of the hard work that our team did that day."
