Erich was prompt to the appointment and was a good communicator: he understood what I envisioned for the job, explained the available choices to better serve the needs of my property including to protect my backyard. Before Erich left, I received a written estimate containing a drawing of what we had discussed and a date for the job was set. The evening before the gutter installation, we had a brief phone conversation and agreed on an approximate time for the job; their arrival was in the window of time promised. The job was done in the time frame also discussed during our first meeting. I was very impressed by their professionalism. It was evident they know how to work as an effective team. There was no loud or non-related conversation among the workers, and they worked very well coordinated, without wasting any time. I’ve noticed their attention to details.
