He then crawled under the house and evaluated it--extensive explanation, pictures, and plan. James made sure I understood the plan, the timeline, and the finances. I signed up and soon there was a crew--Jeff, Kyle, Andrew and William did the encapsulation for moisture mitigation and once again were very professional and thorough, making sure I understood what was happening when. "I had a badly cracked and uneven driveway and a sidewalk that had fallen out of level and was allowing water to drain under the house. Got a bid from Sturdy Soil after a 15 minute inspection. I had another company come out to offer a bid. The other company was a national company with company car all covered with stickers while Sturdy Soil was local. The national company with a salesman who hung around for a couple hours finding a bunch of things that needed done and cost a ridiculous amount. Sturdy Soil doesnt have corporate offices, corporate salesman and got on the job within a couple days and finished quickly. I was amazed by the difference and saved thousands of dollars.
