"We hired RSC in late 2024 for a full home renovation. At first, the process was reasonable but it became clear the cost + budget were overrun. When the problem was identified, Richard became defensive, combative, and unreasonable. He was verbally abusive and threatening over WhatsApp and telephone. I had to order a stop work. The new Project Manager was great. The office manager Tina was wonderful. However, they both were the 2nd individuals in those roles - way too much turnover on the team to feel confident with progress. Richard himself is a nightmare to work with - we asked for a warranty repair in October 2025 after the work was completed and ended up in an email argument with Richard where he threatened us (again) with legal action. The process of working with Richard is chaotic, stressful, and he is not trustworthy. I do not recommend. "

"A sinkhole developed in our front lawn overnight. I hired Ashton Bosley, of A-T Solutions, who held himself out to be an "expert" at sinkhole repair. The cost, including sod was $2525. which was in the same ballpark as other estimates I received. Ashton pounded sand into the hole, and one week later it fell in again, and was worse than it was originally. A STERN discussion was required for him to agree it was not fixed correctly, and that clay should have been filled into the hole. He did fix it again, but refused to replace the sod, which was dead at this point, because when the hole collapsed again, they had to rip the sod off to fix the hole. When I texted him about fixing the sod, which was included in his contract, he said I'd have to pay another $455.00 to have it replaced. I'm disappointed that we had to deal with the sinkhole for an additional two weeks, and disappointed that I'm going to have to spend several hundred dollars more to replace the sod."

The removal was great and cleanup was good. The overall job was clearly oversold based on the capabilities the crew had to work with. The trees were not taken away from the house as instructed but only because of the height of them . The salesman should of been much more forthcoming of the crews capabilitiesi in achieving that. The team was very professional and efficient I can?t say my expectations were met Overall decent job ."

No news from anyone till following wed when a team of ten and a lot of equipment showed up. A couple landscaping lights damaged and a broken yard sign later the job was finished. The removal was great and cleanup was good. The overall job was clearly oversold based on the capabilities the crew had to work with. The trees were not taken away from the house as instructed but only because of the height of them . The salesman should of been much more forthcoming of the crews capabilitiesi in achieving that.
