"South East Custom Construction is fantastic. They did a wonderful job on my front porch. The screens were replaced and look good as new. They also installed a cat door on my screen door. They were professional and very friendly. I would absolutely use them again in the future."

"Keith Davis had recently done some work for a family member and they had been really pleased with Keith's work and recommended him to me. Keith came out the same day I called, gave me a quote, purchased the materials and started work early the very next morning. Keith has been very professional and pleasant, and has done this type of work many times before, so I was very comfortable that he'd do a great job on my project too. Keith completed the work quickly and with quality craftsmanship. Great skills and hard work with great results! I am very happy with the work performed and the new look of my house."

"Columbia Crest was a very easy contractor to work with. Their work was first rate and of excellent quality. They finished the project ahead of schedule and were very quick to respond to any and all requests. The cost was very reasonable and their workmanship of the finest quality. I would definitely hire them again and strongly recommend them to anyone."

"Josh, Chris and their crew are very professional and they make you feel like part of their family. They are attentive to detail and provided great advice when we were making our selections for our remodel. This remodel basically gutted the entire house, top to bottom. They provided us with a rendering of what the kitchen would look like when completed with our selections and other changes, which helped us visualize the completed product. It was fantastic. I have had friends over to my home and I've received so many compliments! They did a fantastic job. I literally have a brand new home at the old address. We couldn't move out while the renovations were in progress, so they rented a pod for me to move our belongings into, no additional charge! How many other contractors would do that? I work from home, and they made sure that I was able to continue to do that the entire time. They were fast, the price was reasonable and the work is beautiful. Josh and Chris remained involved during the entire process and visited my home often to check on progress. What's not to like? I would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed."

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Excellent company. We have used them for several projects for the properties we manage/own, and we have been very happy with the work done. They are also very responsive."

"Travis and his work is amazing. I could not recommend him more highly. You will not find in Tallahassee anyone who takes such pride in their work and strives to go the extra mile to do the very best work that can be done for you and your home improvement desires. His rates are very reasonable and you can tell he generally enjoys helping others and is not just trying to nickel and dime for his time. He has done a couple of different projects for me, and each time he carefully studies and researches the different approaches until he is confident that we are taking the absolute best course of action possible, what more could you possibly want?"

"They take money on muy account for my home warranty service, and they are very responsive, and very reliable. They send Repair companies to my house for repairs and services."

"This is the second time that I have used Black Diamond Home Improvement and I will continue to do so. Russell was HONEST, polite, on time, efficient and his prices were fair."

"Very good workers, magnificent quality of work, very organized, very clean work area. Without a doubt they are the best Villalobos Hdz Work Services LLC"
