It was such great craftsmanship and quality of work. I feel like I had an elite team that did not disappoint. My house also weathered a Cat 3 hurricane Mid build and nothing was damaged. "Josh, Chris and their crew are very professional and they make you feel like part of their family. They are attentive to detail and provided great advice when we were making our selections for our remodel. This remodel basically gutted the entire house, top to bottom. They provided us with a rendering of what the kitchen would look like when completed with our selections and other changes, which helped us visualize the completed product. It was fantastic. I have had friends over to my home and I've received so many compliments! They did a fantastic job. I literally have a brand new home at the old address. We couldn't move out while the renovations were in progress, so they rented a pod for me to move our belongings into, no additional charge! How many other contractors would do that? I work from home, and they made sure that I was able to continue to do that the entire time. They were fast, the price was reasonable and the work is beautiful. Josh and Chris remained involved during the entire process and visited my home often to check on progress. What's not to like? I would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed."

"I called several contractors before selecting Fine Design Builders for my project. Eric responded immediately and met with me shortly thereafter to start designing my kitchen and provide me a quote. He clearly had lots of experience and was able to make my vision a reality. We spent a day selecting cabinets, backsplash, countertop, tiles. I was given lots of options and colors to choose from. His team showed up ON TIME every day. Eric was always easily accessible by phone throughout the project and made sure that his team stayed on track. He removed the soffits and replaced cabinets, backsplash, countertop. New lighting and appliances. Flooring and crown molding extended into my family room. I love my new kitchen and would definitely call Eric and his team again for future projects."

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
