He picked up other crew member's cigarette butts, and asked about hauling other items away from the demo site that did not need to stay in the yard. As a suggestion, it may help to have a checklist of items for the job site. There was only one battery charger for the drills used for the deck screws. Waiting on batteries to re-charge slowed the installation process."
