"Called today with what thought was the motor going out. Tech Matt came out and explained what that the blue tint in the discharge water was from the cooper tubing and everything was fine. Did not try to sell a part that was not needed + Same day service = definitely will call again!! My a/c would work for a little while before it would begin making noises and blowing hot air.  I assumed the worst.  The technician did a nice job of troubleshooting my a/c and explained every step of his troubleshooting.  He gave good examples of how various internal components should be performing and at what level.  He identified that the compressor was pulling too many amps while it also had an elevated pressure level.  He identified that the compressor was getting too hot too fast.  He then proceeded to clean out the a/c coils.  The coils were very dirty and you could see dirt and particles being washed away as he directed water into the coils to remove the debris.  He removed the top of the a/c and cleaned out the internal area as well.  As he was doing this, he had me watch the amp level and the pressure level.  Sure enough, as he was cleaning out the coils, the amp level fell and the compressor pressure level fell to acceptable levels.

He could have easily told me my a/c was shot and that I needed a new a/c, and I wouldn't have known the difference -- but he didn't.  It was a pleasure having him repair my a/c and it now functions fine.

"We bought this 27 yr old home Oct 2019. We knew we would get duct cleaned eventually due to wife and son's allergy issues. So we researched on Angel List contractors. CM had a special going for the week (clean ALL intakes/vents/ducts and dryer duct @$220/unit) and it was best offer from others. Once ducts were cleaned, Jamar requested UV installment due to molding found in upstair ducts. He recommended UV on both (upstairs/downstairs) although molding wasn't visible downstairs but it made since that it could be since we felt as if ducts NEVER been clean by previous owners. We had NO INTENTIONS of paying for UV (which he offered $850 per unit if done today but $1300/unit if they have to come back). Since wife had been having issues with allergies, we decided to go forth with deal which felt like a lot $$ but was told the UV was commercial type not residential (which I had googled and notice price waaaay lower but was told that the type he uses could not be googled..??). Anyway, as for professionalism, they were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE which made me feel good about getting them to take care of cleaning. Although I felt price was ridiculously HIGH for UV, we feel that it will be worth it NOW and LATER. PS...was told all vents were vacuum but had to point out all was not and he did take care of them. Happy wife, Happy life!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"It took several weeks after my initial call to get the job done. There was a hurricane and Seth had a leg injury which caused some delay, and he was extremely busy. I bought this deal because I wanted my tv to hang on the wall without dangling wires. I was not alerted that I needed an electrician to have already installed an outlet. Because I was not told this, I didn't have one. As a result, the wires were showing. I asked what to do to make it look better and he suggested wire wrap from Home Depot. He didn't have any with him, so I ran to the local store to get some while he was there so he would have to install it, not me. It improved the appearance, however I would have had to do that myself if I hadn't lived close to a store."
