"Since I had purchased a new AC unit from this company it came with a free 3 yr maintenance package. During the first maintenance visit the Tech person broke a very expensive breaker in the attic. I was told even though their employee broke the device I had to pay for it. The "Free" maintenance cost me $450. I ,of course, called one of the owners and he said even though his employee broke the breaker I had to pay. During the conversation I mentioned that I taught shop including Building Trades for 24 yrs before I retired. I mentioned that one of the units was wiring your house. All students ( I had 6000 students over 25 yrs) had to install the Service Entrance Panel and put 4-10 breakers in the box including the main breaker. I don't remember a single breaker ever being broken in the thousands of breakers my students handled but a professional AC Tech Person earning a weekly wage managed to do what thousands of my students couldn't do, break a breaker."
