"Be extremely cautious with them if you are financing this through the company (SLICE by FNBO). The overall work they did was fine, but what they quoted and what we were charged were vastly different. We used their financing. We borrowed to cover the original cost and take out a little extra to get two other home projects finished. The original quote was $24K. They then stated increases from the quote that they realized after they started. We were originally quoted at $24K, then $27K, and finally with some things they didn't anticipate, $33K. When it went up, we increased the amount we borrowed. They knew this and that's where they got real sketchy in what looks like illegal fraud. When you do the math, you can tell they realized what we took out and just added a round $10K to it. It doesn't take a rocket surgeon or roofing specialist to figure out what they are doing. Work was completed, but the final total was $44K without explanation or notice that it went up that much. From an or"

I had gutters installed by Cruz Madrid in January. Six months later I had a new roof installed. The day after the roof was completed, I got up on a ladder to check the gutters, and found that they were filled with algae from long-standing water situations. A mosquito breeding haven. This was clearly an issue existing since they were originally installed. I reached out to Brian with Cruz Madrid who at first said via text without even coming to see the gutters that it would be a whole new quote and new install. Then a couple of days after I posted my experience on Nextdoor, he said he wanted to come out to see the gutters. When he came out and looked at the gutters, he acknowledged his installer did not correctly level the gutters; and he said he would fix the gutters at no charge; but it didn't happen. I wis"
