The installer was excellent and really did a superb job applying the film. Afterwards, he re-inspected all the windows for any bubbles or irregularities, cleaned all the windows and left the area spotless. I highly recommend this company for residential window tinting. Bill Wise was sales representative and Steve (last name unknown) was installer. The only reason for a four rating (customer service) was because after the install I was informed that using a credit card would cost me an additional 4%. Therefore, I used a personal check to avoid the additional cost. Customers should be advised of any such additional cost when the estimate is provided before installation."

"The representative contacted me the following morning. We set up a meeting that day. Richard showed up on time and he presented himself as being competent, and qualified to preform the installation of vinyl coverings on the windows of my home. He was also very personable and understood my criteria. He showed me several samples of coverings and offered his opinion as to which shade would best fit the exposure to sunlight. The back of the house he recommended putting a deep tint but on the front of the house he suggested a less reflective tint! Although I disagreed with him, I chose to go with his suggestions. The finished product was perfect. Thank god I listened to his suggestions! He presented himself with respect and completed the job as agreed. Upon leaving he also suggested tinting my storm door.
