The contractor my Home Warranty company was using tacked on charges that would have cost me hundreds. So I asked my home warranty company to cut me a check for what they would have paid them and I used that to pay Joe plus my out of pocket of a few hundred and I came out better than paying THEIR contract the 'excluded' charges (to bring it up to code) which Joe showed me wasn't nearly as expensive as they were trying to charge as he brought it up to code and we saved! Joe's done other work for me inside and outside the house with plumbing issues and he's so reliable and doesn't overcharge."
