"Awful. Scheduled time of arrival 8:30 to 9:30 am on Saturday 11/2 however arrived at 11:30 am. Which I had to be out of my old condo no later than 1 pm and was told to Lux given their strict rules. It took the 2 guys until 1:23 pm to load everything. Little did I know at that time the 2 guys were up for more than 24 hours. Performed a job until 4 am and did not go to bed. Therefore I did not get 100% performance. I was given an estimate of 3-4 hours to move. Ended up taking over 8 hours. I do not fault the guys but I do fault the moving company. Tried to hand me a bill for over $1200 and that was simply not right. I had to negotiate to a sum of $945 but give up my rights to damaged property in return for the cut rate. If I had 2 laborers at 100% I can see where it would have only taken 3-4 hours. But I was not given that choice or option. I felt as if I was talked down to with not understanding moving. I am an Accountant and hold an advance degree such as an MBA with Accounting, Finance, HR and Logistics are my specialty. This move left a bitter taste and Lux should be subject to review."

We've had the painting for over 5 years with no change in color or appearance. They acknowledged the damage was caused by change in temperature and humidity, and also admitted our items were never placed in A/C storage. Dishonest and Update as of 2/7/2023 Update to a previous review. Moving company rectified the situation with the claim to our satisfaction."

To troubleshoot these, ensure your unit is off and disconnected from its power source before checking inside the drain or attempting to manually rotate the impeller arms or plate from the underside of the unit.
