    I was extremely impressed with Gutters MD. Besides being knowledgeable about everything gutters, she was also very friendly and professional. After showing up on time for a free estimate and evaluating the issue with my gutters and roof, instead of trying to make the sale, she explained a way that I may be able to solve the problem myself, thus saving me a lot of money. I can’t recall the last time a vendor was that honest and helpful.     Outstanding. Our job was large and had a few complications. Marcos did an outstanding job thinking through the solutions with me and then executing in a highly professional manner. I may have slightly overpaid, but I really like the fact that I worked with the business owner who actually did the job himself with an assistant. The typical alternative with larger companies is that they send around a salesperson whom you dev er see after contract signing. I'm confident that if there is ever a problem, Better Built will be here promptly to address it
