I shopped and compared various prices and Hector was very affordable in comparison to the rest of the companies i interviewed. AND his work is INCREDIBLE. My floors, despite being 70 years old, LOOK NEW! Certain planks that had to be removed and replaced due to stain or deterioration were done with exacting precision and match the existing floor. I was amazed by the level of craftsmanship and expertise exercised by all of Hector's team. They are truly artists. I have recommended them to various friends because of the high quality of work they delivered. I would use them again anytime for any of my wood floor needs. Simply awesome."

"             We called the company  (AAA Construction  Restoration Services) to repair a leak in our roof. John Walters responded immediately and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on time , looked over the situation and gave us an estimate by text.!  We agreed and the very next morning , on time as promised, several men showed up and began working right away.  They were very hard working, no goofing around, and repaired the problem . They even painted an area where there was damage (which was not even in the estimate) They also cleaned up everything and hauled away any debris.
           Having previously dealt unhappily  with Miami construction companies, I was very happily surprised and pleased with all aspects of the way AAA dealt with me.  They were ON TIME,  EFFICIENT, REASONABLE and DID  A GREAT JOB.  I would recommend them  to anyone with a similar need

"The cleaning service arrived on time. They provide all of the cleaning supplies and equipment. The cleaning service starts work immediately and is totally industries for the entire time it takes to clean the condo. Walls, hard floors, carpet , mirrors, decorations and knickknacks are all cleaned. Bright ware is polished and the place looks great - until I mess it up again. One little neat quirk about the cleaning service is that when the move something to clean it or the surface it is on, they put the object in a similar position, not the exact position so that there is no question that it was cleaned. The obvious thing about this tactic is that I am drawn to the item/location and can confirm the cleaning is done. The cleaning service owner/worker is also a chef and he left me with a pint of his homemade carrot ? soup!!"

"They will come back to do balance of house later.  Very careful about moving furniture and taping walls.  Floors shine...need sunglasses if the lights are on ;-)
