It was very fair and he got the job done quickly. We had a living room, dining room, hallway, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the laundry room painted. He did it quickly and efficiently and did a great job. We are actually having him come back to do some more trim work that we need done and to repair the ceiling in the laundry room.
