"The work was beyond my expectations. The crew was versatile in accommodation of my needs. Some rooms were not that easy because of layout or permanent fixtures but to them it was not an issue. They addressed everything professionally and in a very timely manner. Would clean up after their daily work and left better than when they came. Their job quoting on materials was on the money with little to no waste as well as left over materials. Couldn't ask for anything more perfect. "hMG Florida Construction totally remodeled a small master bathroom: new wall tile, floor tile, tub, toilet and bidet, and entry door. The previous tub was a 70” low access alcove tub which is not currently available. Owner, Jesus Grafina suggested a 60” alcove tub and built in a tiled bench/shelf, which was the perfect solution. Jesus gave us a prompt, complete and accurate estimate and started work quickly. This job was completed by three amazing workers, doing high quality work ahead of schedule. We appreciated the care they took to protect our floors, and they swept and cleaned up at the end of each working day. We not only would highly recommend this company but look forward to using them in the future."

"Grandview did an excellent job of remodeling our kitchen. We had visited two other kitchen remodelers before stopping by Grandview. At the first remodeler, the staff never helped us even though we looked around the showroom for 15 minutes. At the second, the staff was very helpful and generated a quick ballpark estimate of what our remodel would cost, but it turned out to be too pricey relative to the value of our home. When we walked into the Grandview showroom, we were immediately greeted by Joel, who talked to us about our needs and wants for the project. He started creating a plan which met our desires and was within our budget. He and his sister Susana (it is a family business) then visited our home to take measurements and look at what exactly we currently had and came up with additional suggestions for the project. Grandview then sent their electrician/plumber James (yes, he’s licensed in both trades) to review placement of lighting, electrical devices, outlets and switches and answer any questions we had. He was very helpful and based on his experience made suggestions on some lighting options we were unsure about. After a few more visits to the showroom to iron out details and select colors and components we signed the contract. The entire project was handled professionally from initial concepts and estimates to final plans and renderings through removal of old cabinets, counters, etc. and installation of new cabinets, counters, backsplashes, lighting, plumbing and reinstallation of our recently purchased appliances. Joel and Susana were always available to us during the entire project to answer questions, and they immediately took care of the few issues that arose. They were always professional and pleasure to talk with. The few glitches in the process (two cabinets that arrived damaged, incorrect drawer fronts supplied by the manufacturer and a shelf unit that fell off the delivery truck lift gate) were taken care of as quickly as the supply chain allowed (this is a time of major supply chain disruptions) and of course without cost to us. None of these issues were Grandview’s fault. Their installers, Randy and Steve, were absolutely superb and quickly took care of the few minor installation issues that popped up to our complete satisfaction. I later found out that Grandview had also remodeled my cousin’s kitchen, and she was also as impressed by their professionalism and quality of work as my wife and I were."
