"Windows from Zen are excellent looking double-pane windows at an affordable price (plus, I took advantage of an Angie's List special package deal).  A tremendous improvement over our existing bare aluminum windows. Everything was as-advertised and the windows had no damage or issues whatsoever.  The installers came when they said they would and the installation is neat and professional-looking.  I will call Zen when I get around to replacing other windows and doors.

"Let me first say that my home is 123 years old, plaster and lath walls and ceilings. From scheduling to completion Porch kept in touch concerning job progress. I appreciate that this was done mostly by text as I tend to not answer phone numbers I don't know (telemarketers). That alone reduced the stress level. Installer Andy's expertise and knowledge of the innards of a home as old as mine was greatly appreciated (he looked at the light fixture and thought it may be hanging on an old gas pipe once used to light homes and guess what, IT WAS!) Andy completely explained every part if what it would take to install the ceiling fan in terms I could understand and only after making sure I understood and agreed did he touch anything. Lastly, I also appreciated Andy's regard for my home and my person donning shoe covers and a face mask and cleaning up after he was done. Payment was no problem - I input my card number and we were done (the price was excellent by the way). If this is the kind of service Porch consistently delivers I will use/recommend them without question!"

"Recently invested in a vacation rental out of my state. I hired a local contractor one month in advance of the remodel for a smooth experience. I had one month to get the remodel completed and back on VRBO. Through the past years we have remodeled several rent houses, flip houses and personal homes, and very familiar with construction and contractors. THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE SUCCESS STORY FOR ANGI OF WHICH I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL!!!! The local contractor I hired a month in advance, absolutely flaked out middle way through the remodel which caused me to turn for HELP TO ANGI since I didn’t have connections locally. Oxen RCC LLC was the FIRST to respond to my need of HELP. Oksen came one day later to give me an estimate. Oksen is professional, polite, helpful, punctual, detailed, resourceful, researches all options, can be interrupted, with excellent communication as well as detailed paperwork and billing from Cassandra! Thank Goodness Oxen RCC LLC had an opening in their schedule to SAVE MY REMODEL!!! He began with solving a tiny bathroom problem by creating a custom shower pan to increase the size of the shower that previously felt like taking a shower in a plastic bag! The tiling job INCREDIBLE with the transformation breathtaking!!! The removal of the popcorn ceiling, now looks like a perfectly smooth iced cake! Oksen is so kind to stop what he is doing to help with little odds and ends jobs that arise in the middle of the project at hand! Went on to remodel a second bath with a new vanity, cast iron shower pan, tile and glass shower door. Plumbing for a new washing machine. Repair drywall in several places , two barn doors, more tiling, more removal of popcorn ceilings with Beautifully Smooth Ceilings! Install new trim. Stain new stair treads. New trim.
