I had 2 more windows that needed "Dade County approved" protection to qualify for discounts on my outrageously priced homeowners insurance renewal. Although this was not a big job, they treated me like a million bucks. The price may look a bit high, but they had to remove old aluminum awnings and cut/chip off rock to provide a flat surface for the tracks.
