"I was very impressed with the service I received. Andrew, the technician showed up around an hour after I contacted the company to get a quote to have my dryer vent cleaned. He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He answered questions I had about the damage not having a clean vent could cause. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. "We had a leak in the coil of our A/C unit in the basement. Not only did Chris at ABC diagnose the problem and do all that he could fix it, he also cleaned the standing water that continued to leak as he worked, and left my basement area clean and tidy, and a A/C unit that is in working order."
