"- [ ] KBAMB is a great company. They did a bathroom remodel for me. I had a friend who is retired and in construction, and I showed him the remodel and he recognized the quality immediately. I have shown it to neighbors and they have been very impressed. The price was fair and even though they ran into some problems that were not of their doing, they fixed them and did not change the price. The workmen showed up when they said. They worked very hard and were very professional. The crew leader was especially good. I can enthusiastically recommend the company. You won’t go wrong. Dave H"

"I needed pet hair and urine cleaned out of my persian area rug and they were the first to respond to my Google search. I was quoted $200, which beat other quotes I&#39;d received for the delicate treatment a persian requires. They came, picked up my rug, and brought it back just over a week later, wrapped in plastic. They set it down on my floor and we went outside to transfer payment and receipt. I wish I had opened it in their presence beforehand. After they left, as soon as I opened the plastic, the overwhelming smell of urine hit me. On closer inspection, the rug was still covered in pet hair and dirt. I immediately called the office where I was told they would pick the rug up and clean it again for free. I told them the rug had never been cleaned the first time, and I just want my money back. He refused and again offered to pick it back up. I told him at this point, I don&#39;t trust them, and if they are not going to refund me, I&#39;ll be speaking with my lawyer"

Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."
