"My sister and I hired Sean and his team to come in and deep clean our mother's home while she was away. Her house is full tile and after her elderly dog's passing, it was in need of some TLC to freshen up her home. Josh was our service guy who came and he was on time and courteous and thorough and patient (as we found issues we didn't know needed addressing). He was willing to add to his already long day by adding on additional needs and went the extra mile to help apply a pet odor treatment before leaving. Her couches looked brand new and the freshness was immediate. "I found Castle Keepers Carpet Cleaners on Yelp and Angie’s List. Both rating services had them rated at or near the top of literally hundreds of Carpet Cleaners. My carpet is an older lighter berber and had several dog urine stains on it, plus some coffee/tea stains. Chad and Noah from Castle Keepers arrived a few minutes before the appointed time with Castle Keepers branded shirts, huge smiles and a lot of positive energy. They reconnoitered my house and quickly began pre-spraying and asking appropriate questions and listening to my concerns, such as under the beds and some other hard to get areas. My carpet coverage is probably about 800sq ft, maybe a little more or a little less. It took them about 90 minutes to thoroughly clean the carpet and I had nearly brand new looking carpet! They moved the heavy sofa, recliners and table lamps, put them on styrofoam blocks and asked if I had any additional issues. I found one small spot and Chad quickly addressed it. I fully recommend Castle Keepers, am not in any way associated with them, and will use them again next Spring."
