GCS inc dealt with my HOA, pulled Dade County permit, is licensed and insured with very reasonable prices. Their project manager was always punctual, responded every time to calls, texts, and emails. "M.D.M. Landscaping was hired to replace the sod/grass at my residence. The work was done promptly, carefully, and efficiently at the scheduled time. At the conclusion of the work the sprinkler system was determined to be inadequate to support the new sod. The sprinkler system was upgraded/restored with work beginning in the afternoon and continuing late into the evening so that the new sod would be preserved. MDM assumed full responsibility for the project and worked to assure a successful conclusion. The associated fees were appropriate and fair. I am appreciative of MDM's determination to achieve a successful conclusion to the project."
