"The courts at our HOA were beyond horrible. There were 6 inch wide, 10 foot long cracks. It was a serious accident waiting to happen. Both courts were unusable. Karim Zafir went above and beyond anything we expected. Our courts are 30 years old and they look brand new. The care he took to make sure we were happy with every step along the way was extreme. His communication was always on point, and he always responded immediately if we had a question. Working with vendors through an HOA can be very difficult and Karim made this project a pleasure. The value for the money is another point. Karim's bid was much better than any other bids we received (and we received several). And even though it was a better bid, he did work the other companies did not include. we also had Zafir courts resurface our basketball court, and again it was a fabulous job. In the opinion of our HOA board, you will not find a better company for value, honesty and quality of work."

"Rick and his team were outstanding. They did a fantastic job, came and finished MUCH earlier than they said they would, and came in priced very competitively. I would definitely recommend them, good people."

"I've used Smitty's Pro Handyman Services for multiple projects from distressed wood plank in the living room, wainscoting in the hallway, bathroom renovation which included painting, flooring setting a new base cabinet and a shiplap wall. Outside Smitty's hung retractable awnings. I would highly recommend Smitty's Pro Handyman Services for all your handyman needs."

"We couldn’t be more pleased! We recently had an electric fireplace, mantel and TV bracket installed by K&S Services. They came out to the house and did an initial assessment. From the moment we met Terry and Jake we were impressed with their warm conversation and professionalism. For us it was the small details, and their knowledge and amazing diverse craftsmanship to create a fireplace that we love and will cherish for years to come. We highly endorse and recommend K&S Services for any project you may be considering!"
