"I'm very sorry, but we installed YOUR antenna that was made for indoor use outdoors like you asked. Our company warned you numerous times not to. The weather has ruined the antenna. To fix this we need to install an outdoor antenna outside, and not an indoor antenna."

We contacted Fogle Communications in regards to having an antenna installed on our house, Nathan the owner of Fogle Communications was very responsive and had our antenna mounted and new channels loaded on our tv within three days of contacting him.
