"Shelly came to look over our landscaping and give us a budget to redesign and install new landscaping. She was very condescending, making insulting comments about the existing pavers and landscaping. I asked where she would ballpark our job. She said over $100,000. We have a 3000 s.f. house on probably 1/8 acre lot. Smallish. I was floored by her estimate and her attitude about our home, which looks the same as the other 25 homes in my subdivision. And they all are well kept and look good. Also, they all look the same, so I have no idea why she thought I would/could change the look of my pavers and driveway when every house she drove by on the way in looks exactly the same. Maybe she quoted that high of a number because she didn't want the job. But no need to be insulting. I texted her to tell her we're going in a different direction because her budget was too high, and she never responded. Seemed like a bother for her to come here and she thought she was above the neighborhood. I don't recommend talking to her."

"I am very happy with the service I received from Pristine Landscapes and I would recommend using them and I will hire them again. Sue was my person of contact throughout the whole process and she is very personable and a delight to deal with. Her communication throughout every stage was excellent. Sue came out to assess our lawn situation and confirmed that at that stage the only option with the condition of our lawn was to lay new sod. This is what we were expecting having already discussed it with a lawn treatment company and so we just had to decide how much of the lawn we wanted to work on at this time. Sue was kind enough to break the areas of our yard down into smaller sections and provide prices for each. At this time we decided to just deal with the front yard as it was the most in need and obviously effects the 'curb appeal' of the property. Pristine were very busy (as you would expect from a reputable company, this is one downside with good service companies but it is one that should be welcomed), and so we had to wait a little bit before the work could be carried out and so we set a future date and I'm happy to report that date was stuck to. Sue arrived with the workers on the day of the job and stayed to get them started off and she also introduced me to the foreman who was the lead for the work. The guys did a lovely job and the new lawn is still looking great. There was a little hiccup that I actually didn't notice at the time (out of sigh, out of mind). I had to check the water meter a few days after the work had been done, only to find they had laid sod over it! haha I immediately contacted Sue just to make her aware and she was prompt in her response and very apologetic and I appreciated her response. It was annoying but only a small issue. Sue/Pristine accepted the Angie's List coupon and I am very grateful for that. As a customer there's always a little doubt that the company may not honor the Angie's List coupons/coupons in general and so there's always a little relief as well as pleasure when they are accepted without any issue, delay or discussion. Sue was always punctual and the communication was excellent. Overall I'm very happy with the service Sue and Pristine Landscapes provided and it's a relief to have this excellent experience in South Florida where I'm increasingly finding it hard to find quality services. Thank you Sue and Pristine!"
