TERRIBLE. They never finished the job!! I gave them infinite opportunities to come and finish. Accepted their repeating excuses when they didn't come when they said they would. They already got fully paid, definitely not reliable.

I did not know my pools had so many shades of GREEN. His deal is to keep the pool pump on for 12 + hours so he does not have to add chemicals to it pocketing the pure profit and wanted to charge extra to make the pool green. You decide.

I have not as yet had a service call, but I felt comfortable with this gentleman, his price was right, I liked how he checked everything about the pool and explained everything to me. My official service begins this Wednesday, but I am sure he will do everything he promised. He even cleaned the filter without knowing whether or not I would hire him. Also, his is a full service company, and I may have the pool done over and it is nice to know they are able to do that. Of course, I will get a few quotes, but if the price is right, it is good to know I only have to deal with one company. If there are complaints, there is recourse through the same company.
