We are a home maintenance company. We do handyman services, painting, accent walls, pressure washing, property preservation/ maintenance, LVP flooring, backsplashes, cabinet hanging, small tile jobs, hardware, customizations, interior trim carpentry / unattached sheds ( she / he sheds, privacy/ custom fences. We can change toilet parts, and bath / kitchen fixtures. We can do non-structural deck work/ maintenance. * Note: We don’t do plumbing, electrical, or structural woodworking. We don’t do stone countertops ( but we can do Formica, butcher block, or wood customizations / fabs. Text or call and we will see what you have, and if we can do it. We are insured and workman comp. exempt. We have no hidden agendas. What we say we do, and we do it with passion. We aim for satisfaction for the customer first and foremost. If the customer is happy then we are happy. If you aren’t happy then we aren’t happy. We always go above and beyond. We pride ourselves on steady communication, and always having a mutual understanding with a customers end goal in vision. And, where there is no vision, please don’t hesitate to give us a call, so we can make confusion become concept, then into reality. If chosen, not only do you have a worker, but you will have an artist all in one for your home.

We always give free estimates. Usually on small jobs we do not require any money up front.

"We were very appreciative of the concern and measurements taken to determine where the extra downspout would be installed. We weren’t given a copy of the proposal. Mr. Allen sent someone out to do the job evidently with the wrong instructions because he put it in the wrong place. When we discovered this I tried calling him and he wouldn’t answer the phone. When he finally called 3 days later he claimed that he never said it should have gone in a different place. I knew this was going to happen. I am paying $275 for a downspout in the wrong place. Not everyone has money growing on trees. Mr. Allen is a dishonest person that we were impressed with and trusted. For two senior citizens who live on a fixed income this whole thing sucks."

Plus, it can peel off due to the elements. Duct tape is also a very unattractive option, visually speaking. Instead, opt for roof clips for Christmas lights, which are affordable and easy to use.

For a 7-foot-tall column, choose a light strand that is at least 32 feet long. You’ll also need to measure the distance from the column to the closest outlet to get outdoor extension cords that are the right length.

Several options for hanging Christmas lights won't damage gutters. Using shingle clips avoids any hardware contact with them, and using plastic gutter clips minimizes the likelihood of scratching gutters. Remember not to rest a ladder, especially a metal one, against the gutters, and use a ladder stand-off device or stabilizer if you need to use an extension ladder. 

Decorating a tree yourself will only take between one and two hours, but a professional designer may take more time to create their vision. When hiring a pro, assume the work will take a minimum of three to four hours.
