"Our TV stopped working. We were scheduled for a service call very promptly. Technician performed troubleshooting at $75 for service call. Parts were ordered and repairs completed within very reasonable timeframe. Initial service call payment went toward total payment for parts and service. Cost of repair far below cost of replacing the TV. Excellent work."

Also, Jeff patched a hole in the side of the concrete foundation and did such a great job, it’s unnoticeable, and so tight it stopped tiny ants from coming in. He also repaired several interior and exterior doors and replaced all but the frame of a damaged attic ladder by himself (Not an easy job). Jeff is amiable and honest and when he couldn’t do a job, he said so. Then he went out of his way to find someone who could, for a great price. Can’t ask for more than that."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

He was very professional and went right to work looking everything over for the estimate. The estimate was more than I expected and more than I could pay. I don't know if the price was reasonable or not, it was more than I expected. However, I was so impressed with the handyman that I went ahead and allowed him to repair the window pane. I gave him half the money he picked up the glass and had it replaced in no time."
