"The installers worked tirelessly to get the task completed in one day. They worked about 11 hours straight through. The work was completed correctly and professionally. The house looks wonderful! "I had a very disappointing experience with Koehler Homes. While the window replacement process was excellent and the manufactures window defects were addressed and ultimately corrected (Water was pouring into my home during rain events), the siding replacement and paint job fell well short of expectations. The contractor and installation technicians lacked friendliness, attention to detail and struggled with communication due to language barriers which required numerous calls back to the Koehler office which for the most part went ignored. Overall customer service was far below expectations and little to no follow-up was given, I had to do it all myself with calls to the office and the contractor directly. Fallowing the ‘completion’ there were numerous line items quoted that were not completed and I had to make repeated calls to get corrected facing charges for uncompleted and ignored work. This required me to request and argue for refunds and credits on my final payments of over 3,000 dollars. I would possibly use them for windows again but would look harder at other options and likely choose another contractor. For Siding and paint… I caution and urge you to go elsewhere and maybe even pay more as the work is not as advertised and numerous days of return (rework) trips were required."

"We just finished a spectacular install by Karoly Doors and Windows. It all started with Brandon and the sales presentation. There was no pressure and he was knowledgeable and kind, which made us feel confident in our decision to chose them. I had timely notifications on the arrival of my hurricane windows and sliding glass doors and prompt scheduling once they arrived. We were so excited to get on the schedule and the office streamlined everything. Bo and William were two of the nicest, professional, and hard working installers imaginable. Picasso could not of installed these windows more perfectly! They were clean and took their time, the caulking looks like artwork to me! What a great company, I am so happy we chose them. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"They were excellent. When I first called, Tiara told me up front that they had about a 10 week lead time. I said ok, and she had a guy out in 2 days to measure. He was very professional and went over the different types of screen and how they could fix the gutter. We got a quote which was in line with the screen calculators I found on the net. I asked if they could do it any sooner because 2 of the screens were damaged and no matter how hard I tried, one if my cats managed to find a way out at night. So Tiara said she'd move us up if she could. Yeah! 3 weeks later Ricky and Sean showed up. They went above and beyond. Our lanai was a mess. I had put up this temporary fencing and wired it up to keep the cat in. And it hadn't been power washed in an age. It had all this black mold. They took everything down, cleaned everything til it was bright white, put 2 splices in the gutters, cleaned the pad, rescreened, and cleaned up after themselves. It took 2 days and they really worked hard. It is so nice to be able to use my lanai again. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks A-Certified! ??"

"Hired Total Service Contracting for the labor portion of our remodel as we had gutted the room previously and wanted to purchase the bathroom items ourselves from multiple vendors. Had TSC do drywall changes, re-frame exterior door, install new tub/shower with wall tiles and glass doors, new toilet, new vanity/sink, new lights, new exhaust fan and new floor tile beyond bathroom to hall. We have no complaints at all. Steve, owner, and Jorge are patient, engaging and professional. Will use TSC again with no hesitation."

"Dan Vassalio gave us a very good estimate and followed up faithfully with contacting us each day they got delayed on account of the rains requiring them to complete other jobs that put them behind schedule. His communication as excellent. Four men came out and worked like a well-oiled machine finishing the rescreen in two days. They replaced all the base fasteners and all the screens, power washed the cage after the old screens were removed, replaced several frame screws, rebuilt both entry doors so they opened and closed properly and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. They even left the pool spotless. I would hire them again in a minute without hesitation."

I was interested in having the walls and attic insulated. Next Day, Mr. Touma arrived and very straight forward with what needed to be done. No up-selling or hidden costs, and even assured attic insulation alone would satisfy my needs sparing me the extra cost of wall insulation! This company put in time and effort and accomplished outstanding results as the temperateness in the house felt wonderful allowing us to sleep much more comfortably.
