Mahmoud was very responsive and showed up when he said he would. The team who did the work were speedy and provided good quality. They paved a driveway, a patio, and built a large paved patio in our back yard. We are happy with the results and would recommend them for your next project. .The biggest challenge was with the city - they were difficult but typical of city government.

We wanted to replace our sliding glass doors with 8'-0" high doors instead of the standard 6'-8" ones. In order to get a permit we needed a structural engineered drawing for permitting. He came to the house, took measurements and was back with a design and plans in a week. He was very thorough and even came back to confirm everything was constructed correctly. Definitely recommend!

I am impressed by the thoroughness of the engineer who designed my post-and-beam replacement for a load-bearing wall. He spent several trips to, and many hours at, the property to measure, check, and re-check his measurements and calculations. The drawings created were top quality and very detailed for the design and construction of the support system. I would recommend Lotus Engineering & Construction, and engineer Mr Badkour, to anyone needing an architectural design to solve a difficult problem that must pass the scrutiny of a review board.
