From Sam, the original salesperson, to Brandon and Brian, our installers, to the office people, including Sana, all the way up to the owner, Jack, this company is top-notch! After we received about 5 quotes from competitors, we chose Window Depot. Once we accepted our quote from Sam, the windows were custom ordered. The process took about 4 weeks for the windows to be made and shipped. The actual installation of the windows and doors took about three days. Our installers were on time every day, worked a full day, and took the time to explain the process to us. They did amazing work, and cleaned up along the way, leaving no messes behind. Upon removal of some of the old windows, they discovered that we had some wood rot. Jack, the owner, was able to get someone out right away to take care of the problem areas. The windows then had stucco reapplied and now we have beautiful new windows! We went with PGT windows and they are wonderful. They really have reduced outside noise and have improved the temperature of our house, especially upstairs where it would get rather warm in the afternoon. The windows are impact resistant, which is a great security feature, and we are now all set for hurricane season, no plywood or shutters required.
