"I hired Rickey Cheeks based on reviews in home advisor and I was not disappointed. Rickey sat down with me and talked with me and my husband about what we wanted done. He arranged to meet with us at cabinet store, granite dealer and tile stores. Once we made our selections and told him what we wanted. He gave us a quote. Even with a problem that came up along the way he held his price. The only increase he charged us was for some additional work we asked done outside of what was originally planned. Rickey made sure every cabinet was perfect, returned for replacement one that had a very slight defect that I would never have noticed. His employees were great to work with and were just as focused on every little detail. I have an odd shaped kitchen and they cut down a cabinet and custom fitted it so it looks perfect. He helped maximize my storage space. He did a great job with the lighting and installed hidden LED lighting above and below the upper cabinets so all wiring was in the walls and not visible. He stuck to the time frame to complete the job so my house wasnâ t upside down of too long. Every day the employees cleaned up as much mess as possible and put tools out of the way so we could get around the house. He was a little more expensive than a big box store, but included things they didnâ t even mention to me. He included beautiful crown molding and molding at the bottom of the upper cabinets too. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely hire him again if we needed any other remodeling done"

"Fix said the new law will be implemented your own ways to prevent people getting infected and not getting the virus from their homes or their houses or the hospitals or other facilities where they can be tested for Covid or other illnesses or any other illness and that the new rules would be implemented in the future and they will have a very good chance of being tested for it and it would be very effective if it was implemented and they were tested for Covid and it was not a negative test for Covid and they were negative for Covid so they would be tested positive and it is a positive test for Covid but it would have a positive test for negative for Covid and the new one is still positive and the new ones that were negative and the new Covid and they were negative for the Covid and the other one is the"

"Ed and Amy did interior painting for us last year and we were very pleased. We did not hesitate to call them to give us an estimate to repaint the exterior or our house. They promptly came in February and provided us with a realistic estimate and their schedule was open for April. That worked for us and we agreed to go ahead with them. On day one they pressure treated all the sides of the house. Day two was the prep work of covering windows, etc. Painting started in Wednesday and finished up on Friday including the painting of our front and very large back lanai. Ed and Amy did an excellent job and we are very pleased."

"The job was done on time, very well done and professional. Everyone was very polite and my deck looks like new again."

"In 7 worked days the home has been transformed.  The crew worked steadily and followed directions.  Sometimes when you chose the low bidder you worry as the bid is much lower than the competition.  The bids ranged from $4,300 to $5,500 to $6,000 $10,000.  A range of 2.5 times.  We almost went with the $6k bid as we had previous experience with that painter but we are now very glad we did not.  The only issue was attention to detail with the need to point out issues such as small imperfection not repaired.  Not a problem once noted.  We will use them again when we are ready to do the outside.  Thanks Joe.

"Great work! All the areas completed."

"My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the work performed by this company! Their workmanship is excellent and their work and materials were reasonably priced. We had a significant amount of deck/patio to cover and the work was started and completed on time. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after the work was completed. We thought Jaydel and his crew were great. We enjoyed working with Ira, the owner of the company. He is very knowledgeable and was terrific at pointing out the important aspects of installing pavers. His company offered a huge selection of materials from which to choose. We would definitely hire this company again and highly recommend their work."

"We chose General Construction Services after receiving a number of bids from local contractors that priced the cost of finishing our basement & building a deck at a much higher level than what Dennis at General Construction Services offered. Not only was the cost of the construction affordable, we were very impressed with the outcome. The deck is a great addition to our home and the quality of the finished basement met the expectation of matching the style, color and feel of the rest of the house. Lastly, Dennis' crew is professional and courteous. We recommend General Construction Services for all of your construction needs--they are affordable, professional, and produce a high quality product"

"Totally Awesome results. All area cleaned up and not a speck of paint left on any surface where is was not to be. All trash taken out and windows even cleaned."

"Very professional and thorough with every step of the project. My busted tile shower floor was repaired quickly and it looks like there was never any repairs done - good as new. The team arrived on time and cleaned everything up after completion. Everyone was courteous and took the time to do quality work at a fair price. Will definitely call Gift Remodeling again for our bathroom remodel later."
